Been there twice already, and i'm definitely becoming a regular! Food is delicious, service is great, and they manage to accomodate somewhat picky requests even in the middle of a busy saturday night!

I've gone to a lot of steakhouses but I absolutely loved this location! The food always came out fast and the perfect temperature. We ordered the firecracker chicken appetizer and it was delicious. I wish I had ordered more. This place is a little pricey but you can expect that because it's a steakhouse. Great service! We really liked our waitress, super friendly and always there

Very nice place, more higher end. Salad was amazing but the steak I order was a little dry :( I was hoping for more juice being medium cook. Loaded bake potato and broccoli was to great. I just wish the servers would carry straws in their pouches, it took our server 20 mins to come back with 2 straws :/

4/5 due to the customer service, other than that the food was amazingly deliciously! 1st time coming here and got the outlaw rib-eye (med rare) and got the white cheddar stuffed mushroom as an appetizer. Def. the best steak I've had in ages! I usually go to texas roadhouse but had to try someplace new and glad I did!

I like Longhorn Steakhouse okay. I ate here recently because I got a gift card, though I've been here many times before. They often crank the AC too high and I personally find the pop country on blast a bit annoying, but if you like it then this is the atmosphere for you. I do like the decorations they use, and the service here is usually fairly decent. They do have a gluten sensitive menu, but the prices aren't listed on it and its pretty limited. I like steak. This place offers some decent cuts. The prices are about average. I would give this place 3 and a half stars if I could, but I decided on 3 instead, as this place is really nothing spetacular; there are far better steakhouses within 20 minutes if here. If all you're looking for is a chain steakhouse experience, then this is will scratch the itch.

We normally don't do chain restaurants for steaks but out in the Great Lakes Crossing area, this is all they have. After getting in and out of the mall for some final X-mas shopping, it was time for my wife and I to spend some time at a table sans kids. At first we considered Joes Crab Shack but the value for dollar there is lacking. Besides, I wanted meat. Across the same parking lot is LongHorn. We were immediately seated upon entering and a friendly young woman took our beverage order. We both decided that the ribeye was what we were after. The bread just keeps coming and that is dangerous when you're hungry. It comes with a side and a salad. I ordered the steamed broccoli because I'm health conscience. Whatever. My wife ordered the mac and cheese. The steaks came butter finished which I could have done without. Sort of makes a well marbled cut almost too greasy. Delicious, decadent but greasy. On future visits, I'd ask for the steak just grilled and seasoned and without butter. What? I order the vegetable remember. The mac and cheese was good but just alright but you can't go by me, I still love the box variety. I enjoyed it here but still prefer my specialty steak haunts that are always worth driving for but if you're out at the GLC, this might be a reasonable option for a sit down meal for you.

Have been here twice now. The first visit we enjoyed ourselves well enough. The meat, although salty, was tender and decently cooked. That said, I thought it was a little overpriced for what you get. The cocktails and wine/spirits selection is pretty good as well. The second time we went was a special dinner for my teenage son. This time things went a little less well. I ordered the watermelon salad, which I'd had previously and enjoyed. This time, it was barely edible. The greens were wilted and visibly brown and dried out. The meat (NY Strip) was gristly and over-seasoned. The baked potatoes were small and pretty ordinary, not the big flugffy sort you'd expect. We ordered dessert, which was a caramel apple concoction (sticky sweet and gross) and key lime pie (actually decent!) I didn't go expecting Chophouse quality, but they really seem to be phoning it in here.

For a chain restaurant the steak is good. I had the ribeye and it was very tender, cooked and seasoned perfectly. Nice staff and good and clean place. Great lunch!

I have been here a few different times hoping that the next time would be a better experience than the last. Unfortunately with every trip, I was more and more disappointed. The sirloin steak was well done all 3 times, when asked to be medium. The last time I went my steak was a weird rubber like texture and looked like a hamburger patty? My boyfriend and I got the same thing and his steak came out thick, juicy, and perfectly medium. The two things looked completely different. After sending it back the manager came out to serve me the new steak and watched me cut it open. Even she said "ugh that is completely well done"... Again! They refunded my meal and I didn't bother to try a third time. Disappointing but definitely will not be going back. Third time was not the charm.

Good food, good atmosphere, and great wait staff. The only reason I couldn't give this place 5 stars is that their reservation/call ahead policy doesn't really make sense. You call ahead about an hour before your arrival for a time, they put your name down for that time and when you arrive you still have to wait 30-45 minutes..... Might as well just show up 30-45 minutes before you want to eat. Also we had a party of 7 so instead of seating is at a table that comfortably seats 8 the squeezed us into a table that barely seats 6 by the order computer. So not only were we squished around this table but we had the wait staff and other restaurant patrons running into the back of our chairs.

Can you believe a vegetarian goes to a steakhouse??? We decided to try something new. Only, of course, after I looked online at the menu. How cool of them to come out with new seasonal picks that included this fab bib salad and side app of golden beats. Super super yummy. This veggie girl was thrilled at a new flavor and added variety. The carnivores were pleased with steaks and burgers and such.....blah blah, moo, cluck. Just joking. Their food was excellent. The service was great, the atmosphere warm and relaxing. A plus in my book. I'm sure we'll go back again.

I am a fan of the Longhorn Chain, good quality steaks, and excellent service no matter the location. We went last night because we didn't want to cook. Although the restaurant was crowded we were seated almost immediately. Attentive service from our waitress Beverly. I ordered a porterhouse which was great and my wife ordered a hickory salted NY strip which was terrible. Although the cut was excellent and cooked right the seasoning was way too salty for her taste and ruined her dinner. This was one of those seasonal selections that these places do from time to time. Not good, the company should warn diners about the extreme saltiness of this selection before ordering , not to everyones taste. She should have ordered something else and would have been happy. Decent house wines, great service here. Normally everything excellent just watch for the hickory salted steak.

Service was great. Our waitress showed she cared and was especially kind to my 8 year old daughter. Nice family atmosphere. The bread was good. Stuffed mushrooms were yummy. They need to ease up on the seasoning for the 11 oz ribeye. My husbands asparagus did not have the hard ends trimmed. My daughter had the ribs and fries. Both were very good. A lot of food for the price. I'd ask them for light seasoning on the steaks next time. Otherwise I enjoyed the visit. It's on par with Outback quality.

Food at bar was great and the bartender was very courteous with attitude and service. The reason for low rating is simple...the wait staff by the entrance of the kitchen. Sitting at the bar I understand I am going to hear the staffs conversation and normally don't care but the amount of profanity used so close to the customers left me with a bad taste. You guys are professional in front of the tables...is the bar where frat house rules apply??? Disappointed.

It are what it are and it ain't what it ain't. Is it like Morton's? No. Is it a fine steakhouse with fine steakhouse prices? No. The steaks were not prime cuts. But they were tasty and tender. And the loaded baked potatoes and side dishes were good too. The service was friendly and efficient and we had a good time. We were a party of 4 1/2, with the half being my less than two year old grandson. He was pretty good although he was pretty tired. We waited quite a long time to be seated at this busy place, and by the time we finally were seated, ordered and were served, he was way beyond his normal bed time. But he did not make a fuss or a lot of noise, the kids whose parents separated them from the main table that were sitting next to us made plenty of noise while their parents ignored their poor conduct, that the rest of the diners appreciated how good our toddler was acting. He basically just folded and put his head down when he had worn himself out. This is a good place to take kids, to have an informal and inexpensive family style meal and to do all that without breaking the bank. I will be back.

The food is always fantastic here, this review is about the exceptional service we had on this visit. A person in our group has a "meat / texture" issue, and was unable to finish her steak. She ate approximately 80% of it, when she was unable to finish it. Or server, Jamie, asked if she would like something new. She replied no, and explained that is was her issue and that it was good. Jamie, unknowing to us, told the manager, and she came right over to the table to check on us. She removed that meal from the bill, and appologized for something that was not her fault. Great customer awareness and service! Jamie went out of his way to take care of us and it will always be remembered when we think of where to go eat.

The food is good, but the service is horrible! Here are my three (out of three) experiences: First time: I found two hair strands in my steak! Second time: Forgery in the tip amount: I had forgot to take my own receipt. Knowing that I have no document of what the total cost has been, they had added $25 to the tip amount I had put (beyond the %20 tip I had included). My credit card account of course later flagged it as fraud! Thrid time: i) obviously unclean glass for beer. There was a clearly visible amount of vegetables around the glass. ii) They to pick up my signed receipt immediately after they returned the credit card. While not a crowded night, I couldn't understand their rush for us to leave immediately.

Over all I rate this a 4 star even though it was less than a 4 yesterday. My son got the kids menu steak and enjoyed it. He said that he liked LongHorn's Steakhouse better than Outback. My other son got the spicy shrimp appetizer because and said it was awesome. They each got a smoothy and didn't like them. My meal was luke warm and I asked it to be sent back, when it came back is was hardly any warmer but I didn't feel like making an issue. My meat was also more done than I would have liked. The meat was also not a melt in your mouth sensation. Bread is whole grain. The service was good.

Good God is this place awesome! Our first visit to Longhorn was this evening and boy were we pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by a lovely hostess, taken to a perfectly clean booth. Ambiance was nice, dim but appropriate. We had gift cards so we ordered a bit more generously than we normally would. I had the shrimp and lobster chowder and it was nothing but perfection. Totally scrumptious and a MUST order next time for sure. My husband got the french onion and said his was yummy as well. We both ordered the sirloins and they were cooked to perfection and were perfectly seasoned. Great baked potatoes too. Kids meals were generous and tasty according to our kids. Our server was really great, we were visited by the manager who asked us how everything was. Flawless meal as far as we're concerned! We have been Outback lovers for years, but we definitely have a new favorite! LongHorn it is!

Came here for the first time last week with some work friends. The atmosphere is relaxing and fitting, and has old western stuff everywhere. Hadn't heard of Longhorn before then. I ordered a burger, and it arrived HUGE and juicy and delicious. I could barely finish it. Service was good, no complaints whatsoever. Will update lest I visit again and get something else.

I wish I could give this a 4.5, it was extremely good, but not quite perfect. The service was fast and friendly, we both got the Outlaw Ribeye and I was taken aback by how good the steak was, perfectly cooked, well-seasoned and a high quality cut of meat. I got the fire roasted corn as a side dish which was excellent. My only complaint was that the bread was mediocre, but when you can get an excellent steak, side and beer for a reasonable place, I call that a winner.

I always love going to this place. The steaks are great (never tried anything else there)! Each steak comes with a side of your choice and a salad. I always get the ranch on my salad because it is great. a lot of places just go cheap and get store bought ranch, but I am pretty sure they make their own, quite tasty. The steaks are always perfectly seasoned and made exactly how i like it. I also enjoy the western theme, its fun!

The food here was awesome. The decor was great. The service was friendly. Everything was well season. If you want less seasoning you must let them know. The portions are well worth the price. Although I do not eat steak, they did look and smell delicious. This is definitely one of my favorite resturants.

First of all, I am a converted vegetarian and I haven't had a steak in many, many years and second, I didn't want to come to a chain restaurant to eat one but I was pleasantly surprised. The decor is homey and the steak selection was good. The menu broke down the cuts and colors of rare/well done. I got the 6 oz. sirloin with 2 shrimp skewers and side of veggies. The vodka/tonic cocktails were killer. Two and I was happy as a clam. The hubs got a NY strip and mashed potatoes. The steak was delicious, the shrimp even better, and the veggies, fresh and cooked to perfection. Funny thing, the light above our table was malfunctioning the whole time. It was like a disco strobe light steak party, the waitress kept apologizing lol. I must give a shout out to our waitress, Sue. She was the most professional waitress I have EVER seen. She went over and above the call of duty and I'm sorry Longhorn but she deserves to be in a more upscale restaurant, she was THAT good. We were still talking about how good she was on our car ride home. Props to you Longhorn!

THE MOST EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IV'E EVER EXPERIENCED.. Tonight I went out to dinner with my whole family to celebrate my birthday. I picked longhorn because of the outstanding steaks but tonight mine came back overcooked. They quickly took it away and started making another. I wasent too bothered at this point because i had ordered the filet and lobstet tail and the potato and leek au gratin. The waiter took away the steak so i was left with everything else. To my disbelief the new steak came back half rare and half well done. It was terrible ,it was like they tried to rush it. after showing the waiter, the manager came over. She made me another one to take home as I did not want to wait for another one . they asked if I wanted dessert, and of course I did,who wouldn't?... and as I was enjoying my delicious chocolate molten lava cake the waiter came over with a bag containing not only my steak but the entire dinner from the bread, the whipped butter, the salad, ranch and Italian, steak and potatoes, and even the molten lava cake. right after that the manager came over and handed me a hand written apology note. it was so thoughtful and sincere and to top it off she gave me a $30 gift card. I will always come back to long horn steakhouse... the best customer service I've ever received in my life!!!

Consistently excellent! I visit this location monthly and have never been disappointed in the food or the staff. My favorite restaurant!

Very good restaurant! Love the shrimp appetizer! When you order the steak, remember to order the hot stone steak sauce. It's really good with steak!

Really busy on fathers day. Might want to try another day to celebrate fathers day. Maybe Saturday afternoon. Food is great as always. Had the New York strip this time. It was wonderful. Flo's Filet is always a good choice.

Ok people, let's come back to reality. It's a chain steakhouse. Not a 4.5 yelp star establishment.

When you first walk in, it looks very wooden and has animals all over. I ordered the steak medium rare and it was delicious. Great fries and beer too.

Don't waste your money. Terrible example of a chain restaurant. Salty. Greasy. Blah!
